THE FOUR TENDENCIES QUIZ
The Four Tendencies model, created by author Gretchen Rubin, describes the four very different personalities determining how we deal with external and internal expectations. Expectations are things we act on, or not.
An example of an internal expectation would be, “I want to be a famous writer” or “I need to organize my files”. External expectations would be more like, “My boss needs this report by Friday,” or “My friend wants me to walk with her every day.”
Upon completing the quiz, you will discover your own tendency and learn how others are different from you.
We will review your tendency at your coaching session.
